MORE DETAILS:

• Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport for this tour should not expire before March 1, 2026.

• All prices are based on the exchange rates at the time of price quotation. Utopian Paradise reserves the right to increase prices if the US dollar devalues. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

• If you arrange your flight, you will fly into DPS Airport. 

• The full itinerary will be emailed to you 14 Days in advance.

OUR BILLING PLAN:

You will be enrolled in our automatic billing, so relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

• By accepting the Terms and Conditions, customers acknowledge their understanding of the booking process, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and other applicable rules and regulations. • Utopian Paradise would like to emphasize that all payments made to our company are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Our business operates with contractual agreements with various suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, and other vendors, which do not allow us to secure refunds. This strict policy is implemented to keep our package prices affordable and enables our clients to make monthly vacation payments that suit their budgets.

• It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure that they possess the necessary travel documents for their journey. To do so, passengers must consult with the relevant consulate(s) or visa agency to ascertain whether visas or passports are required for their trip. The validity of a passport for travel purposes must extend at least six months beyond the date of intended departure. In certain instances, countries may request a full blank page in a passport for stamping purposes. It should be noted that any information provided in the travel description exclusively pertains to US citizens. Non-US citizens are advised to contact the relevant consulate of the country or countries set to be visited to obtain up-to-date entry requirements.

  When making reservations, passengers are strongly urged to ensure that their full name is captured exactly as it appears on their passport. Adherence to this instruction may result in complications during check-in, leading to delays or even denied boarding. As such, we encourage all our passengers to do their best to handle any potential travel disruptions.

• People often save up for months or years in advance when planning a vacation. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, potentially causing the need to cancel or interrupt a planned trip. This can lead to disappointment in missing out on a much-needed break and financial loss in the form of non-refundable deposits and fees. To address this concern, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection. This type of insurance can help cover various potential issues, including Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, and Medical Expenses. In a covered situation, Travel Protection can help reimburse travelers for non-recoverable expenses, such as prepaid flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities. • As market forces can fluctuate at any time, we would like to inform you that pricing is subject to change without prior notification. We urge you to make reservations today to secure your booking at the current rate. This will ensure that you are not affected by any potential price increases.

• Making monthly payments per the payment plan outlined in your invoice is necessary to maintain your reservations. Larger payments can be made at your discretion, but they must exceed the amount stated in your payment plan. We recommend marking your payment plan on your calendar as a reminder. Please note that failure to make payments as per your payment plan can lead to the cancellation of your reservations. It is, therefore, advisable to be diligent in keeping up with your payments.

• You can log in to your client portal to view your account 24 hours daily. Here, you can update your payment method, make additional payments, and view all trips you are on.

• Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $450 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees.

• Late payment of $500 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
