Travel planning requests made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled departure date are considered rush requests. An additional $500 Rush Planning Fee applies in addition to your selected planning package and any applicable group planning fees.

No. Our planning package fees cover professional travel planning services. Airfare, accommodations, excursions, transportation, and other travel expenses are priced separately.
